Lourenne ("we", "our", and "us") operates the Lourenne website ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and establish clear expectations regarding our shipping and delivery services.

1. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

2. Delivery Terms

2.1 Shipping, Processing & Delivery Time

Lourenne ships internationally to customers around the world. To provide efficient delivery, we work with trusted global fulfillment partners and shipping carriers.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, shipping times vary depending on the destination country, local carrier operations, customs procedures, and other logistical factors.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, peak seasons, or other events beyond our control may occur.

2.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days following successful payment confirmation.

Our fulfillment centers operate Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

2.3 Change of Delivery Address

Customers may request a shipping address change before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address modifications will be possible.

2.4 P.O. Box Shipping

We are able to ship to P.O. Box addresses where supported by the destination country's postal service.

2.5 Items Out of Stock

If a purchased item becomes unavailable after the order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the unavailable item(s). Any remaining items in the order will be shipped as normal.

2.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team so that we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.

3. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear, as tracking information depends on carrier scanning and system updates.

4. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

  • The shipping package

  • The damaged item(s)

  • Any visible damage to the contents

We will review the information and work with the carrier to provide an appropriate resolution.

5. Duties & Taxes

5.1 Sales Tax

Where applicable, sales tax is included in the prices displayed on our Website.

5.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their local customs authorities.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Lourenne is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed after shipment.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at any time before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers should refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding returns and refunds.

7. Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss or damage while in transit.

7.1 Damaged Parcels

If a shipment is confirmed as damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim and any supporting documentation.

7.2 Lost Parcels

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will provide a replacement or refund once the carrier's investigation has been completed.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return and exchange period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included accessories, tags, and protective materials.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any shipping fees, insurance costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, or other expenses associated with returning the item to our designated return facility, unless the item received is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products. Lourenne is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid by the customer are also non-refundable.

Items returned without prior authorization, items showing signs of wear, use, damage, modification, or items returned outside the 14-day return period may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of their refund or exchange request. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
